Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website and enrollment in studio classes.
Using this website
The content on this site, including photographs of our students and productions, is owned by Donna’s Studio of Dance and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. Information here is provided for general purposes; class offerings, times and fees can change.
Enrollment and studio policies
Enrolling a student means agreeing to the studio policies, rules and regulations, dress code, attendance policy, payment obligations, recital policy, costume policy and theatre policy in effect for the season.
Tuition, fees and refunds
Tuition is due the first week of each month and is charged for the month even during weeks of non-attendance. The annual registration fee is non-refundable. Costume fees are non-refundable after November 30th, and the theatre fee is non-refundable. Dropping a class after November 30th carries a $30 fee, and a dropped class cannot be re-entered after that date.
Participation and risk
Dance and tumbling involve physical risk. A parent or guardian acknowledges those risks and signs a release of liability and medical authorization at registration.
Photography and media
Photos and video taken at classes, rehearsals, recitals and productions may be used to promote the studio. Tell the office in writing if you prefer your student not appear in studio promotional material.
