About Imagination Station @ Donna's
A Creative Homeschool Co-op for Connection, Exploration, and Joy
Our Mission is to foster a supportive and inclusive community for homeschooling families by offering enriching experiences and celebrating diversity through engaging programs in art, science, health and physical activity. We aim to enhance both academic growth and social development, empowering each child to thrive. We embrace a nurturing environment where children feel safe, seen, and valued. With small learning groups and mixed-age activities, our approach encourages authentic connections and individualized growth-free from the pressures of comparison or exclusion.
Imagination Station exists to nurture creativity, community, and connection among homeschooling families in Pahrump. We offer a welcoming space where children can explore their interests, build friendships, and engage in enriching activities, in a relaxed environment that doesn't rely on grades or formal academics.
We believe in the power of play, movement, and imagination to spark growth and joy.
What We Are
Imagination Station is a parent-led homeschool cooperative focused on extracurricular enrichment and socialization. We are not a school, daycare, or formal homeschool program. Each participating family remains responsible for their child's academic education and compliance with Nevada's homeschool laws.
We provide:
• Group classes and workshops in art, science, math, theatre, dance, and more
• A safe, inclusive environment where children feel seen and supported
What We Are Not
• We do not issue grades, transcripts, or diplomas
• We do not file Notices of Intent or educational plans on behalf of families
• We do not provide full-time academic instruction or childcare services
How We Operate
• Families register for sessions and events based on interest and availability
• Parents may volunteer, assist, or simply drop off, depending on the activity
• All instructors and volunteers follow our safety and supervision policies
• We ask families to review and sign our waivers, policies, and expectations before participating
